We love what we do, and a big part of that is getting to drink the coffee we roast ourselves. We're constantly trying new coffees, exploring different origins and discovering something we haven't tasted before. It's what keeps things interesting, and why we're always looking for something new to share.
We don't believe great coffee should be limited to a handful of familiar origins. There are incredible coffees being grown all over the world, and we want to support as many of them as we can. Every country, region and farm has something different to offer, and that's something we really appreciate about coffee.
Quality matters to us. We look for coffees with exceptional cup scores, including rare and interesting varieties that you don't come across every day. Wherever possible, we source directly from farmers, working with family-run businesses and choosing coffees that are fully traceable to where they were grown.
Knowing where our coffee comes from and who grows it is just as important to us as how it tastes. We want to support the people behind the coffee and make sure the care that goes into growing it carries all the way through to roasting.
And ultimately, that's what it's all about. Everything from the farm and the origin to the way we roast each batch contributes to the coffee you make at home.
