FUD is a small, independent coffee roaster. There is no parent company, no scale-for-scale’s-sake production line, and no one upstream telling us to flatten flavour for the middle of the road. What there is, every batch, is time, attention, and the stubborn idea that taste should be the point.

We put all of our care and effort into each roast so the flavour we are aiming for is the flavour you experience when you pour. That means watching the roast, adjusting when the beans ask for it, and not rushing something that only works if you stay present. Small scale is not an excuse. It is the reason we can still treat every batch like it matters.
Tested at our breakfast table
We cup and taste our batches regularly, often at our own morning breakfast, the same way you will drink it at home. If it does not land on the palate the way we intended, it does not ship. Simple as that. You are not getting a profile we never drank ourselves.
